How we can help

Six kinds of work, done properly

Every job starts with a clear scope. These are the service groups Silva Handyman Contractor works in around Salisbury and the surrounding Maryland and Delaware communities.

Photographs on this page are illustrative images of the kind of work involved, not records of a specific Silva Handyman Contractor project.

How it works

A simple, predictable process

No automated pricing and no promised arrival times — just a conversation with the owner about what your home actually needs.
  1. 01

    Tell us about your project

Share what you need, where the property is and, if you have them, a few photos. Your ZIP code helps confirm that the address is inside the service area.

  2. 02

    Discuss the scope

Eduardo reviews the request, asks the questions that change the work, and coordinates the next step with you directly.

  3. 03

    Confirm the estimate and timing

You agree on the work and the schedule before the project begins, so there are no surprises once tools are on site.

Questions

Answers before you call

If your question is not covered here, ask it in the estimate request — you will get a direct answer.
What types of projects do you handle?
Six groups of work: interior & exterior painting, drywall installation & repair, lvp, tile & flooring installation, kitchen & bathroom updates, doors, windows & trim and decks, fences & home repairs. That covers small repairs as well as larger improvements. Work outside these groups — plumbing, electrical, roofing and structural remodels — is handled by the licensed trade that owns it.
Where do you work?
The business is based in Salisbury, Maryland, and serves Salisbury, Ocean City, Berlin and Ocean Pines in Maryland, plus Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Milton, Ocean View, Selbyville, Dover, Millsboro and Bethany Beach in Delaware. If your town is not listed, send your ZIP code with your project details and we will confirm whether it is inside the service area. See the full service area list.
How do I request an estimate?
Use the estimate request form, call (410) 200-1759, or send a text message. Include your ZIP code and a description of the work. The more detail you give about the space and what you want changed, the more useful the first reply will be.
Can I send photos?
Yes. You can attach up to 5 photos (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB each) directly to the estimate request, or text them to (410) 200-1759. Photos of the whole area plus a few close-ups of the problem are the most useful.
Is my requested appointment confirmed?
Not by sending the form. Your request is received straight away, and the appointment is confirmed only after the team contacts you to agree on the scope and the timing. Nothing is booked on your behalf automatically.
